چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی سربراہی میں بینچ 17 اکتوبر کو سماعت کرے گا۔ جسٹس نعیم افغان اور جسٹس شاہد بلال بھی بینچ میں شامل ہیں۔
