چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی سربراہی میں بینچ 17 اکتوبر کو سماعت کرے گا۔ جسٹس نعیم افغان اور جسٹس شاہد بلال بھی بینچ میں شامل ہیں۔
واضح رہے کہ عابد زبیری نے مجوزہ آئینی ترمیم کیخلاف آئینی درخواست دائر کی تھی۔ رجسٹرار آفس نے ایڈووکیٹ عابد زبیری کو نوٹس جاری کردیا۔
