انھوں نے یہ بات بدھ کو راولپنڈی میں جی ایچ کیو میں پاکستان میں امریکی سفیر ڈیوڈ ہیل سے ملاقات کے بعد کہی۔
فوج کے شعبہ تعلقاتِ عامہ کی جانب سے جاری ہونے والے بیان کے مطابق امریکی سفیر نے فوج کے سربراہ کو امریکہ کی خطے کے بارے میں نئی پالیسی کے خدوخال سے آگاہ کیا۔
