اعلامیے کے مطابق یکم محرم الحرام کے دن صوبے بھر کے تمام سرکاری دفاتر اور تعلیمی ادارے بند رہیں گے۔
صوبائی حکومت کے مطابق یہ تعطیل مرکزی رویت ہلال کمیٹی پاکستان کے چاند دیکھنے کے فیصلے سے مشروط ہوگی۔
یعنی محرم الحرام کا چاند نظر آنے کی صورت میں ہی یکم محرم کو تعطیل کا اطلاق ہوگا۔
